Adactus is creating a facility for residents to gain access and view the following information via the Adactus website:
Personal information: Users will be able to view information and update any incorrect details.
Rent statements: Users will be able to view previous and current rent statements. At present residents with login details are only able to make rent payments via the Adactus website.
Request a repair: Users will be able to request a repair via a form on the website, and will be able to view previous repair history.
In order to view the above information residents will need to login using their login details (if residents require a login they can request this via a form). In order to safeguard personal details each user will need to sign in with a username and password, they will also key in an Identification code.
We recently asked residents for input into this service and thanks to everyone who took part. We hope to have the new service up and running in the next couple of months.
