The Resident Involvement team recently carried out an Impact Assessment of the Resident Involvement work carried out and supported by Adactus.
The Impact Assessment looked at every aspect of resident involvement and assessed the extent to which each activity or project is having a positive impact.
The assessment process gathered evidence from various sources including resident questionnaires, one of which was recently posted on the website.
We then collected the evidence and presented it to a Panel made up of residents and staff who then gave each aspect of the service a traffic light rating.

The Housing Corporation are currenlty reviewing the Resident and Community Involvement Policy. This policy is designed to ensure that housing associations put the views and interests of customers at the heart of everything they do.
As part of this review process they have produced the Delivering Change through involvement Consultation paper. On page eighteen of the document the Impact Assessment which Adactus carried out last year is mentioned as an example of good practice. We have put a link to the document below.
