The Customer Involvement Panel (CIP) is a group of Beech HA residents who meet on a regular basis (approximately every six weeks) to receive performance information and influence policies, procedures and service improvements.
Hugh McGarry, Vice-chair of the CIP explains:
The Customer Involvement Panel has been in operation for just over 2 years.During this time we have looked at some of the policies and procedures and hopefully we have been influential in bringing about some changes for the better.
In the future, we will be looking at the policies and procedures of Beech Housing Association as all policies and procedures will need to be looked at as part of the transfer of engagement from Quest HA to Beech HA.
