What does it involve? 'reality checking' how a service works in practice for those who actually receive it. Checking our policies & procedures and looking at how we could improve them from the customers point of view.  

We can provide you with the right training and tools in order to carry out  this role efficiently and effectively. If you think you could help us look critically at how we deliver our services, we would like to hear form you.
