We currently have 11 residents registered as Tenant Inspectors. So far, the Tenant Inspectors have carried out disability access audits of Adactus Area Offices, undergone audit training with Tenant Inspectors from W&LH, and shadowed a member of the Mock Inspection Team. They have also recently completed two separate reality check sessions, including inspections of void properties, area office receptions and sheltered/supported schemes.
They recently underwent a further 2 day training session from members of the Mock Inspection team. The training was a great success and left residents with the confidence to begin to assist the Adactus Quality Team with their inpsection agenda for the coming months.
The inspectors recently completed their second set of inspection sessions, covering void properties, area office reception checks, and sheltered and supported scheme checks. The impact of the project was clear to see during our second inspection session, with changes such as the Adactus 'Clean Home Standard' and physical improvements in our area offices.
