We provide free learning and training opportunities to all of our residents to help them to acquire new skills and also to develop their existing skills and knowledge across a broad range of subjects and topics.

We are continually reviewing our Learning and Training programme and have recently undertaken an audit of what training opportunities our residents would like to be involved in and are developing our programme in line with their feedback.
