We reviewed this policy and procedure in December. This was our first attempt to consult on a fairly long, detailed and complex procedure using postal questionnaires and the level of interest and the detailed responses that we received delighted us.
There were some really useful suggestions. There were 44 in total of which 90% resulted in either a change to the document, will be included in staff guidance and training or will be incorporated into information leaflets provided to tenants.
