During 2006/07 the Group undertook the following staffing changes:

• over 30 staff TUPE transfered to Adactus Housing Association Ltd from The Manchester City Council, RDHS and Quest Housing Association Ltd;
• additional staff was recruited to prepare for taking-on the Miles Platting PFI Project;
• senior managment was reorganised, creating a new Group Director and a new team of Operation Directors.
