The Group's housing association subsidiaries are directly responsible for the housing management and maintenance of the properties in their ownership apart from 94 properties that are managed by managing agents. All other services are directed and provided to subsidiaries by the Parent.

The Group's customers range from families in need of accommodation to young and older people with complex needs for whom the Group provides customised support.

North East Manchester Advertiser - 17 July 2008 A day in the sun. Another successful 'Fun Day' organised by Adactus and residents from the Queens Parade Tenants' & Residents' Association. The event had a 'getting active' theme with locals enjoying activities such as badmington, football and giant board games. A bouncy castle was also available. The event was supported by a Manchester City Council Neighbours' Day Grant.
