Beech Housing Association, Palatine Contracts and Adactus HA (Manchester) Ltd, Acuna Ltd, have come together to form a "group structure". This group structure became operational on 1 August 2002 under the name "Adactus Housing Group Ltd". Chorley Community Housing joined the group in March 2007.
Although Adactus does not own any property, it is the group parent responsible for providing the group's overall direction and provision of central services.
